Flexible Working and Work-life Balance

Following recent changes to the law giving carers of adults the right to request flexible working, the employment relations service ACAS has produced a new advisory booklet. Primarily aimed at employers, it takes a detailed look at the different types of flexible working available, and offers practical advice on introducing a flexible working policy.
